Who: Matt and Amy are your hosts for the evening. We’ve hosted multiple Murder Mystery parties and have seen every English-language version of The Traitors-so you’re in experienced hands!
What: This is a party game inspired by The Traitors. No prior knowledge or preparation is required. There are no costumes or character roles to play-just come as yourself and enjoy the intrigue.
Where: The event will take place in Springfield, IL, at Matt’s office, which features a large meeting and event space. For more, see the Venue section below.
When: Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Please arrive between 4:30pm - 4:45pm, as the game will start promptly at 5:00pm.
Why: The Traitors is our favorite guilty pleasure, and we’re excited to bring the suspense and fun of the show to life for a party game that everyone can enjoy!

Q. Why did I get this invite?
A. Because we enjoy your company and think you’ll have a great time! If it’s not your scene, no worries at all.
Q. Will I enjoy the game? I’ve never seen The Traitors TV show.
A. Absolutely! No prior knowledge or experience with The Traitors is needed-there’s no trivia or required background. It’s a social deduction game, so if you’ve ever enjoyed shows like The Trust, The Mole, or games like Are You A Werewolf or Saboteur, you’ll feel right at home. But even if this is all new to you, we invited you because we think you’ll fit right in and have fun.
Q. How do I sign up?
A. Just click the “I Want to Play” button on this page and pay for your ticket. Tickets are $20 per person.
Q. What do I get for $20?
A. Three hours of entertainment, plus all the food, drinks, decor, and prizes-so you can relax and enjoy yourself!
Q. Wait, prizes?!
A. Yes! We’ll have prizes for the winners.
Q. What kind of food?
A. Expect a variety of hors d’oeuvres-small plates, appetizers, and tasty snacks with substance.
Q. What kind of drinks?
A. Water, lemonade, and soft drinks will be provided. You are welcome to BYO alcohol (and we encourage it!).
Q. Can I bring my kids?
A. We adore your kids, but this is an adults-only event.
Q. How many people are going to be there?
A. We need a minimum of 12 players and we have a maximum of 24 players. As soon as we've sold 24 tickets, we're closing registration.
Q. Can I bring a +1?
A. We're trying to curate a very specific group of people who we think will enjoy the game and bring a certain flair to the party. If you have someone in mind you'd like to bring, reach out to us and we'll put them on the list!
Q. How is the game played? How will the evening go?
A. Well, we can't give too much away in advance. There will be snacking and socializing and party games. The rules will be explained at the start of the game.

Many of you have already been to "Matt's Office" for one reason or another. This is the same location.
There is ample free parking behind the building. The slots are numbered, but any are available on Saturday night.
We will have someone posted at the main door to let guests in and provide additional direction.
The building is fully accessible and has an elevator.
